This apartment of about 55sqm features beautiful original beams and it is situated on the third and topmost floor. It has two windows facing directly onto the Rio de Osmarin and has a queen bed, a table and chairs where one can leisurely breakfast ; The private en-suite bathroom is windowed and contains toilet, bidet, washbasin, shower cubicle, hair dryer, and heated towel rail. Kitchenette Bed size is queen. Each room has its room safe. And there is also a Kichetnette!
The apartment/ suite also has an attic with exposed wooden beams and has a large private terrace of some 12 sqm overlooking the Rio de Osmarin with a splendid view of St. Mark’sBell Tower. It is also served with table and chairs to offer you the opportunity to breakfast over the rooftops of Venice and enjoy great views of the canal and Fondamenta de l’Osmarin with its historical palaces.
The suite can accomodate two people but is also a good solution for three people; in fact in the attic we have created a very cute second attic bedroom.
